The emulation content includes: Emulation to promote education and propaganda work, creating strong changes in awareness and responsibility for Party committees, commanders at all levels and all cadres and employees; emulation to apply new mobile technologies 5G, 6G and next generations, meeting the requirements of digital transformation in each stage and in all situations; emulation to promote digital transformation, application of science, technology, innovation in performing tasks at the unit; emulation to build digital agencies and digital units, focusing on improving education work on digital transformation, strengthening training and coaching to improve knowledge and skills on digital technology and digital transformation at agencies and units in the entire team; Review and propose to competent authorities to amend, supplement and perfect the system of documents to synchronize and unify with legal regulations on science and technology, create a legal basis, remove bottlenecks and barriers, accelerate the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in agencies and units; deploy in conjunction with ongoing emulation movements, especially the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period 2023 - 2030".
