To ensure that pensioners, social insurance (SI) beneficiaries, and monthly allowances enjoy their benefits as soon as possible according to regulations, from August 14, Ninh Binh Provincial Social Insurance will pay pensions and SI allowances for the August 2023 payment period and collect the additional difference of July 2023 according to the new benefit levels prescribed in Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP on adjusting pensions, social insurance allowances, and monthly allowances (effective from August 14, 2023).
In which, payment through personal accounts will be made by the Post Office on August 14, 2023. Payment in cash at payment points of the Post Office will start from August 14, 2023 and be completed before August 21, 2023.
Accordingly, the whole province has 342 pension and social insurance allowance payment points, with 59,850 beneficiaries. Of which, through personal accounts are 7,802 people, in cash is 52,048 people. The total amount of pension and social insurance allowance payment according to the new benefit level of August 2023 for beneficiaries is 278,086,198,700 VND. The total amount of additional difference not yet received in July 2023 for beneficiaries is 33,629,442,400 VND.
On August 14, the whole province paid to over 20,000 people, with over 114 billion VND. Of which, payment via ATM was made to over 7,800 people, with over 53 billion VND, reaching 100%; payment in cash was made to over 12,000 people, with over 61 billion VND, reaching 24%.
From the pension and social insurance allowance payment period of September 2023 onwards, Ninh Binh Provincial Social Insurance will make payments according to the regular monthly schedule that has been implemented.
