The Command of Coast Guard Region 3 said that on January 28 and 29 (December 29 and the first day of Tet), the unit organized many exciting activities to celebrate the Year of the Snake 2025.
Party committees and commanders at all levels have organized spring festivals and welcomed Tet with diverse activities such as banh chung wrapping contest; spring room contest; picking democratic flowers on New Year's Eve; and football and volleyball competitions.

Colonel Le Van Tu, Political Commissar of the Coast Guard Region 3 Command, said that in order to take care of the troops in a truly "joyful, healthy, safe, economical, and highly combat-ready" manner, the Party Committee and the Head of the Region Command have directed 100% of agencies and units to develop plans and schedules for organizing entertainment activities on New Year's Eve and the Lunar New Year of At Ty, ensuring strictness, specificity, meticulousness, and closeness to the practical situation and task requirements of the unit.
