The results of digital transformation have made an important contribution to administrative reform, implementing the province's breakthrough in strongly improving the investment and business environment, while supporting people's lives and production and business activities of enterprises. The achieved results have made an important contribution to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of direction and administration in state agencies at all levels; serving people and businesses better and better. Document management and administration system: 100% of state agencies send and receive electronic documents with integrated digital signatures to completely replace paper documents. Every month, provincial state agencies send and receive over 22,700 electronic documents with integrated digital signatures; 650 specialized digital signatures have been issued to individuals and organizations, 548 digital signatures for individuals and 102 digital signatures for organizations. Sending and receiving electronic documents with integrated digital signatures replacing paper documents in provincial-level state agencies has saved over 3.79 billion VND/year. Phu Tho develops e-Government towards digital government to transform government management and operation activities based on databases and digital technology; creating the basis for building a modern administration in the direction of: Science, accuracy, timeliness, efficiency, saving time and resources in management and operation. Innovating service methods, taking people and businesses as the center, taking the satisfaction of individuals and organizations as an important measure in developing e-Government and digital government; ensuring close connection and synchronization of digital applications with administrative reform, working methods, identifying digital applications as an effective tool to support and promote administrative reform. Developing e-Government towards Digital Government, leading local digital transformation; is an important driving force to promote the development of digital economy and digital society.

Build and complete the national database system on population, land, business registration, finance, insurance in sync with the Central Government. Deploying specialized databases on Health, Education and Training, Natural Resources and Environment, Justice, Culture - Sports and Tourism, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs... to serve socio-economic development and provide basic and essential services to people and businesses. Building a data warehouse and a provincial digital transformation portal to store, analyze, synthesize and process economic and social data to serve the leadership, management and operation of the government; providing open data and receiving feedback, meeting the needs of people and businesses. Effectively exploiting existing applications, building new applications, suitable for development requirements, meeting the management, operation and development requirements of the Investigation Agency, CQS, digitizing business processes in state agencies. Supporting cadres and civil servants to coordinate in performing tasks entirely in the network environment. Partial electronicization, moving towards complete conversion to a digital environment of business processes. Deploying the provincial source information system, unified with the national source information system; managing and providing centralized, timely and unified information for the provincial information and communication system and the grassroots information system. Applying artificial intelligence to analyze and synthesize big data quickly and accurately, promptly serving the leadership, direction and operation of leaders at all levels, supporting the implementation of e-commerce solutions to connect consumers, manufacturers and distributors; deploying electronic postal codes as a platform for e-commerce and e-transactions. Deploying specialized applications in the fields of: Culture - Sports and Tourism, Education and Training, Health, Natural Resources and Environment... to improve the quality of operations of state agencies, meet the needs of services, improve people's lives, deploy 5G networks in industrial parks and urban areas; Increasing the speed of information access and processing is an important technical infrastructure serving digital transformation in the province. Piloting the deployment of smart urban services in Viet Tri city and Phu Tho town. Linking the development of smart urban services with the CQDT system, piloting smart urban services on order, traffic safety, urban areas, lighting energy management; providing services on smart education, smart healthcare, smart agriculture , cashless payments... in urban centers, towns and model new rural communes.
