From 6am on September 30, the 249th Engineering Brigade (Engineer Corps) officially opened the Phong Chau pontoon bridge to traffic. Immediately after the opening, many people and vehicles from Lam Thao and Tam Nong districts (of Phu Tho province) moved across the bridge.
