According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 1:00 p.m. on September 27, the center of the storm was at 15 degrees North latitude; 114 degrees East longitude, about 270 km East Southeast of Hoang Sa special zone. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 11 - 12 (103 - 133 km/h), gusting to level 15; moving in the West Northwest direction at a speed of 30 - 35 km/h.

This is a very fast moving storm (nearly twice the average speed), with strong storm intensity and wide range of influence, which can cause combined impacts of many types of natural disasters such as strong winds, heavy rains, floods, flash floods, landslides and coastal flooding.

Forecast map of storm No. 10's trajectory and intensity issued at 2:00 p.m. on September 27, 2025.

To proactively respond to storm BUALOI, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has issued a document requesting departments, branches, sectors and localities to drastically implement prevention and control measures.

Accordingly, for coastal areas, localities must closely monitor the storm's developments, manage offshore vessels, and notify owners of vessels operating at sea of the storm's location and direction of movement to proactively avoid it.

At the same time, deploy work to ensure safety for people, vehicles, and property, especially for tourist spots, aquaculture, fishing, and constructions at sea, on islands, and in coastal areas; review and prepare plans to evacuate people from unsafe houses, areas at risk of deep flooding, river mouths, and coastal areas.

For localities on the mainland, organize tree pruning, house bracing, and prepare evacuation plans for people in dangerous areas such as low-lying areas, areas at risk of landslides and flash floods. At the same time, advise people to harvest agricultural production with the motto "green house is better than old field".

The direction and management of natural disaster prevention and control is strictly implemented according to the "four on-site" principle. Agencies and units organize 24/24 hours on-duty, closely monitor the storm's developments to promptly report and direct. The authorities are continuing to closely monitor the storm's developments and update the situation.
