According to information from the People's Committee of Song Cau Ward, at around 6:00 a.m. on November 19, heavy rain caused a landslide in the hill area behind Ms. VTU's house in Dan Phu 2 residential group (Song Cau Ward), causing the wall to collapse and hit Ms. U. As a result, Ms. U. died.
