Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh, Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Dray Bhang Commune, said that from the night of November 17 to the evening of November 19, there was heavy to very heavy rain in Dray Bhang Commune. In addition, the water level of the Krong Ana River rose rapidly, cutting off a number of roads: from Giang Son Village to Dong Son Village; from Dong Son Village, Kpung Hamlet to Cu Knao Hamlet; from Khit Hamlet to Cu Knao Hamlet. Currently, Cu Knao Hamlet is isolated because the roads leading to the hamlet are flooded.
On the evening of November 19, the Civil Defense Command of Dray Bhang commune evacuated three households affected by flooding in Giang Son village to safety.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh also informed that due to weak geology, on the afternoon of November 19, in the Holy Cross Hill area, Giang Son village, a landslide occurred and trees fell onto the road surface of National Highway 27, passing through the Holy Cross Hill area, causing traffic congestion.
The commune police coordinated with relevant units to organize traffic flow and clean up, the road was reopened, with no damage to people or property.
However, on the evening of November 19 and early morning of November 20, landslides continued to occur in Giang Son village, causing the walls and roofs of two households to collapse. Currently, the risk of further landslides in the hilly and mountainous areas of Giang Son village, Hiep Tan is very high.

Currently, the Dray Bhang Commune Civil Defense Command has also set up checkpoints and installed warning signs for flooded areas, fast-flowing water, and landslide risks to prevent people and vehicles from passing through.
Villages and hamlets in vulnerable areas have been notified and organized to monitor the weather situation in order to promptly respond to storms and rains, regularly monitor and update the situation, and be ready to proactively respond according to the "4 on-site" motto, warning people to limit travel in adverse weather conditions to ensure safety of life.
