Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Bong Commune, Le Duy Thanh, said: The whole commune has 30 villages, currently 10 villages are isolated with nearly 2,000 households. Of which, villages 25 and 26 are completely isolated due to deep flooding. In the immediate future, the commune will evacuate people to higher ground to ensure their safety. With the help of local authorities and supporting organizations and individuals, food for the people is guaranteed.
In Yang Mao commune, according to the commune's quick report before the prolonged rain, the commune has relocated and evacuated 170 households, with 800 people being H'Mong ethnic minority people in Ea Han village who were isolated and at risk of landslides to a safe place.
The whole commune had 8 houses completely collapsed and swept away, 2 houses collapsed 50%. The People's Committee of the commune visited, encouraged, and supported each household with 3 million VND and necessities to stabilize their lives. The road from Yang Mao commune to Krong A commune was cut off by the rising river water in the villages of Yang Han, Ea Lueh, Na Huh, villages 1, 2...; many sections of the road were seriously eroded.
The commune has mobilized forces, excavators, and road leveling to ensure traffic flow... Many crop areas including 42 hectares of coffee, 1,000 hectares of pineapple, 22 hectares of corn, 100 hectares of acacia, 35 hectares of banana... were damaged. The total estimated damage is 42 billion VND.

In Cu Pui commune, the delegation also visited landslide-affected houses in village 1 and encouraged the functional forces on duty to increase their presence and provide emergency support to affected households. According to the leaders of Cu Pui commune, the whole commune has 330 households; currently, villages 5 and 6 with more than 1,200 people are isolated due to rising floodwaters; many crops, livestock and poultry have been damaged. In the immediate future, the commune has also provided emergency support and mobilized many resources to help people ensure safety; provided food to help people stabilize their lives.

At the visited locations, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tu Thai Giang highly appreciated the proactive and decisive spirit of local Party committees, authorities, military and police forces in organizing the evacuation of people from dangerous areas and mobilizing local forces to provide timely support.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the forces participating in flood prevention work to pay attention to deploying carefully, cautiously, and promptly responding when situations arise. Local authorities need to regularly check and contact the forces on duty to grasp the situation and have timely instructions...
At the same time, regularly keep in touch with the locality, each village, hamlet, and residential area to connect information in a timely manner. In particular, no household is allowed to lack food or clean water, especially the elderly, children, and single-parent households. In the event that floodwaters continue to rise, local authorities urgently evacuate people from dangerous areas to ensure absolute safety of life and property.
