Participating in this festival are 12 mass art troupes from provinces and cities: Can Tho City, An Giang, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Da Nang, Hanoi , Phu Tho, Quang Ngai, Quang Ninh, Son La, Tay Ninh and Vinh Long, with nearly 700 artisans, artists, actors, and musicians. Each unit goes through 2 competitions: "Shining Journey - Connecting residential culture" and the art competition.
As a result, in the contest "Shining Journey - Connecting residential culture", the Organizing Committee awarded 5 A prizes and 7 B prizes. In the art performance contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 14 A prizes and 24 B prizes.

Can Tho City's mass art troupe participated in both competitions. In the competition "Shining Journey - Connecting residential area culture", Can Tho City chose to introduce the effective implementation of the Movement of All People Uniting to Build Cultural Life in Residential Areas in Long Thanh A Cultural Area, Thot Not Ward, in the form of dramatization combined with reportage presentation. As a result, this competition was awarded the A prize.

The pin-peat orchestra performance "Can Tho Echo" won A prize.
In the art performance section, Can Tho City participated with the theme "Can Tho Connects the Future" with 5 performances, winning 1 A prize (with the performance "Echo of Can Tho" for the pin peat orchestra) and 2 B prizes (the performance "Song of the River" for the song and dance and the performance "Love on the Roads").

The song "Love on the Roads" won B prize.

The song and dance "The River Together" won second prize.
In addition, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phu, Director of the Can Tho City Culture and Arts Center, was awarded a certificate of merit by the Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) for his outstanding achievements in participating in the festival.
