On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), the Central Working Delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Kim, 93 years old in Dong Kinh ward, Lang Son province, mother of two martyrs Nguyen Ngoc Bich and Nguyen Ngoc Quy who sacrificed their lives on the southern front during the resistance war against the US to save the country.

At the same time, the delegation also visited and encouraged the wounded soldiers: Hoang Huu Dung (73 years old), Ha Van Uyen (82 years old), both in Luong Van Tri ward, Lang Son province.
At the families, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc acknowledged the great contributions and at the same time kindly visited and encouraged Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, families with meritorious services, and people with meritorious services to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Sharing with the families, he wished that the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, families with meritorious services, and people with meritorious services in Lang Son province would strive to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and live happily and healthily.
Speaking during the visit and gift-giving ceremony, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc hoped that Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, families with meritorious services, and people with meritorious services would continue to promote the heroic tradition and qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, accompanying local Party committees and authorities in carrying out political tasks and building the homeland in the current period.
Also during the visit, the Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission especially noted that the Party Committee and government of Lang Son province need to pay attention, care for, and fully implement policies for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, families with meritorious services, and people with meritorious services in the province.
Following the program, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc and the working delegation also inspected the administrative procedure settlement at the Public Administration Service Center of Luong Van Tri ward, Lang Son province.
Here, he noted that the ward needs to arrange adequate means, equipment, and modern machinery to best serve the needs of resolving administrative procedures for the people quickly and conveniently.

In particular, it is necessary to arrange a process instruction board and steps to carry out administrative procedures on online public services so that people can understand and follow.
He also requested that the ward and the ward's Public Administration Service Center study and overcome difficulties to help people complete all administrative procedures without having to travel and wasting time.
At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc also suggested that Lang Son province needs to mobilize community digital technology teams, especially taking advantage of summer vacation time, mobilizing young people and students to help people carry out procedures online and provide online public services.
Comrade noted that procedures that can be done online at the commune level must be handled online so that the rate of online submission and processing of documents is high. This must be considered the foundation and basis in building an e-government, a government serving the people and businesses...
On the same afternoon, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to a number of policy families in Bac Son and Tan Tri communes, Lang Son province.
