The 2025 Red Star Award was officially launched in July 2025 and received more than 300 nominations from provinces and cities across the country. Through an impartial, objective, serious and rigorous evaluation process, the Council unanimously selected the TOP 100 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025, TOP 30 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs and TOP 10 Best Young Entrepreneurs to present the 2025 Red Star Award.
