At the invitation of the leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam, President of the National Assembly of the People's Power and the Council of State of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernández led a high-ranking delegation of the Cuban Party and State to visit Vietnam and attend the ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the visit of Cuban leader Fidel Castro to the liberated zone of South Vietnam (September 1973 - September 2023).
