Phong Tho Primary and Secondary Boarding School Project has a scale of 6.15 hectares, including main items: Head office building combined with library (4 floors); theoretical classroom building (4 floors); subject classrooms, student dormitory (3 floors); kitchen, dining room of 2 primary and secondary school blocks; cultural activity area; playground, sports area; teacher's office building; multi-purpose house; swimming pool; teacher's garage; student's garage; auxiliary items; fire prevention and fighting system; water supply, drainage and synchronous and complete investment equipment associated with construction and installation items.

During the inspection, representatives of relevant units and contractors reported on the project implementation status. Up to now, the project items are being constructed and ensuring progress according to regulations. However, the implementation process still has some difficulties and problems that need to be resolved and removed.

Director of Provincial Land Fund Development Center reported some contents at the inspection session.

After inspecting the field and listening to the report, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor and related units to continue to closely follow the plan, focusing on thoroughly handling the remaining difficulties and problems. He emphasized: It is necessary to urgently complete the compensation and site clearance work; at the same time, related units coordinate with local authorities to mobilize households that have not yet received support to agree with the Party and State's policies, and promptly hand over the site according to regulations.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and branches to review and advise on timely capital allocation plans, creating favorable conditions for contractors to implement the project. He requested contractors to continue to increase human resources and equipment, improve their sense of responsibility, ensure quality, safety and complete the project on schedule.
