(gialai.gov.vn) - On the morning of July 15, at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan chaired a meeting and had a direct dialogue with citizens to review and resolve complaints under his authority. Also attending the meeting were Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Truong Van Dat, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Ly Tiet Hanh, representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and leaders of relevant departments, branches and local authorities.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan listened to the presentation of Mr. Tran Van Nu (Bong Son ward, Hoai Nhon town, Binh Dinh province, now Bong Son ward, Gia Lai province) regarding the complaint against Decision No. 19710/QD-UBND dated December 4, 2024 of the People's Committee of Hoai Nhon town regarding the revocation of the Land Use Right Certificate No. H04675 for land plot No. 220, map sheet No. 59, area 847.1m² of his family. After reviewing the records and opinions of relevant agencies and localities, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan concluded that the content of Mr. Tran Van Nu's complaint was well-founded. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the competent authority to revoke the above Decision and reissue the Land Use Right Certificate to Mr. Nu's family in accordance with the law.

Next, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang (An Quang Dong village, Cat Khanh town, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province, now De Gi commune, Gia Lai province) filed a complaint regarding three contents: requesting to revoke the Land Reclamation Decision and implement the change of land use purpose for land plot No. 328, map sheet No. 29 of his family; requesting to handle the encroachment of Mr. Huynh Minh Kiem's road land, returning the original status of land plot No. 807, map sheet No. 7; and requesting to review the responsibility of local leaders in land management.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan has directed the relevant agencies to conduct inspections, handle and remedy the situation according to regulations. The People's Committee of De Gi commune was assigned to change the land use purpose for Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang's family; determine the boundary markers, adjust the route direction and dismantle the inappropriate concrete road. At the same time, the Chairman of the People's Committee of De Gi commune worked with Mr. Huynh Minh Kiem to agree on moving the fence back 3m, creating conditions for making a concrete road according to the old roadbed, returning the original state to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang's family.

In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to inspect and review the land allocation in Cat Khanh commune in the past.

In case Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang does not agree with the settlement plan, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will issue a Notice to terminate the complaint settlement in accordance with the procedures and regulations of law.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan emphasized: Provincial leaders, competent agencies and units always pay attention, listen and resolutely and promptly handle the people's legitimate reflections, recommendations, complaints and denunciations. The settlement must be based on legal grounds, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, while maintaining discipline in state management.
