Officers and workers of Ninh Kieu Electricity Management Team encouraged customers of Sense City Can Tho Shopping Center to participate in the electricity saving program launched by the city.

Along with ensuring stable power supply and serving customers in 8 southern provinces and cities, in the first months of 2025, EVNSPC also promotes increasingly modern and professional customer care services.

Currently, EVNSPC has a multi-channel customer care system, including: Call center 19001006-19009000, Website https://cskh.evnspc.vn/, EVNSPC CSKH App... ensuring receiving and answering questions from electricity customers "anytime, anywhere".

Especially during the peak hot months (April, May and June 2025), all customer opinions and questions about electricity bills, average retail electricity price adjustments or new administrative boundary adjustments... will be answered promptly by EVNSPC Customer Care Center and local power companies, ensuring publicity and transparency.

In particular, in cases where customers receive notice of an unusually high monthly electricity bill and need to re-check the data, please immediately contact EVNSPC Customer Care Center via hotline 19001006 -19009000 and customer care channels for timely support. EVNSPC commits to checking and reviewing meter data, index recording schedule and related factors, ensuring accuracy, transparency and responding to customers as quickly as possible.

Not only striving to provide safe and reliable electricity, associated with the requirement to improve service quality, EVNSPC also promotes propaganda and guides customers to use electricity at the right time, right place and right need. Accordingly, EVNSPC has deployed propaganda forms through online channels, such as Website https://cskh.evnspc.vn or social network Facebook... to guide customers to practice measures to use electrical equipment economically and effectively.

Specifically, customers are encouraged to use electricity, turn on the air conditioner from 26 degrees Celsius or higher; preserve food and drinks suitable for the capacity of the refrigerator and avoid opening the refrigerator door frequently; practice the habit of unplugging devices such as computers, televisions, audio equipment, rice cookers, microwaves, ovens, fans... from the power outlet immediately when not in use; pay attention to taking advantage of natural light and wind during the day; when there is a need to buy new electrical equipment, choose products with 5-star certified energy labels; for households that use a lot of electricity and have suitable conditions, they should install a self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power system to avoid paying high electricity bills...

According to EVNSPC, with just a few simple steps, electricity customers in 8 new provinces and cities in the South, such as An Giang , Can Tho, Ca Mau, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Tay Ninh and Vinh Long can easily monitor their daily electricity consumption through the EVNSPC Customer Service App installed on their mobile phones. In addition, with the EVNSPC Customer Service App, customers can also monitor and compare daily and monthly electricity usage, thereby adjusting their electricity usage in their homes in a reasonable and effective manner, to save on household electricity bills...

According to Mr. Huynh Huu Ky, Deputy Director of Can Tho City Electricity Company, the Company currently has 28 active electricity management teams, managing, operating the power grid and providing electricity-related services to customers according to the new administrative boundaries. And in order for customers in the city to grasp information or current electricity services of the electricity industry, the Company has been promoting communication activities, encouraging electricity customers to use electricity services online, through the National Public Service Portal or through the EVNSPC CSKH App, Customer Care website https://cskh.evnspc.vn/ or through the EVNSPC Customer Care switchboard, through 2 numbers: 19001006 and 19009000. With these information channels, electricity customers in the city can easily contact the electricity industry to carry out requests, such as new power supply from the medium voltage grid; change of electricity usage capacity, change of electricity purchase contract subject, contract extension; contract termination; change of metering device location... In addition, electricity customers can directly contact the nearest local electricity management team for timely support and resolution.

From now until the end of 2025, Can Tho City Electricity Company will increase the application of digital technology to improve service quality and provide better customer care; coordinate with relevant departments and branches of the city to promote electricity saving propaganda to households, agencies, enterprises, production, business, trade and service establishments... in the city. At the same time, focus on implementing investment projects and power distribution grid works to increase electricity supply capacity, serving the needs of promoting the city's socio -economic growth in the new situation.
