At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial People's Council Delegation informed the voters of Quang Xuong district about the expected content, program and time of the regular mid-year session of 2025, the 18th Provincial People's Council; reported a summary of the socio -economic situation of the province in the first 5 months, estimated implementation in the first 6 months of 2025; reported the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations sent to the 24th session, the 18th Provincial People's Council.

Voters of Quang Xuong district suggested that after the new commune comes into operation, it is necessary to deploy and accelerate the overall planning of the commune to suit the new commune model; soon have instructions on changing the names of villages and residential groups after the merger; have specific instructions for communes that have achieved advanced new rural communes, model communes and civilized urban areas to create uniformity after the new commune comes into operation.

Voters suggested that the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee study support policies for part-time officials who quit their jobs due to mergers; and special mechanisms for communes after mergers with difficult geographical locations and economic conditions, so that communes can develop similarly in the region.

Pay attention to supporting the re-planning of production areas, investing in construction and upgrading of intra-field traffic systems, irrigation, and canals after merging commune-level administrative units; investment policies and support for renovating or building community activity points in residential areas far from the center to ensure the political and cultural needs of the people.

Propose that the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee increase the quota for recruiting civil servants or signing annual teacher contracts for the education sector, to avoid a shortage or imbalance in the teacher structure when performing tasks, especially in implementing the 2018 General Education Program....
