Carefully prepare the launching ceremony for environmental protection and "Moving forward with Vietnam"

The program "Moving Forward with Vietnam" is a large-scale community activity, organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security nationwide from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on August 16, 2025.

On the afternoon of August 15, at Lam Vien Square and Xuan Huong Lake area (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat), Comrade Dinh Van Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the preparations for the Environmental Protection Launching Ceremony and the "Moving Forward with Vietnam" activities, towards the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2 (1945-2025).

The event is part of the emulation movement "Saturday for a green, clean, beautiful living environment" and the activity "Moving forward with Vietnam", aiming to spread environmental protection awareness to all people.

During the inspection, the Delegation reviewed items such as: Stage arrangement, sound system, LED screen directly connected to Hanoi bridge, and street music spots around Xuan Huong Lake.

Inspection work at commune and ward level points was carried out synchronously, with the participation of the Provincial Youth Union in organizing folk dance activities to create an exciting atmosphere.

Comrade Dinh Van Tuan directed relevant units to focus on arranging street music venues around Xuan Huong Lake to create a vibrant atmosphere, attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate.

He also emphasized the planting of national flags around the lake to increase solemnity, beautify the landscape, in accordance with the sacred meaning of activities leading up to the big holiday, as well as arouse patriotism and national solidarity.

According to reports from the organizing units, environmental sanitation and urban order in the area around Xuan Huong Lake are also being closely monitored. The Provincial Police force, in coordination with relevant units, is committed to ensuring absolute security and safety for the event.

The program was held in 34 provinces and cities and 3,321 communes, wards and administrative zones, with the message "1 billion steps into the new era". In Lam Dong, the event was held at Lam Vien Square, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat. It is expected that the whole province will mobilize more than 35,000 participants; of which, 5,000 people at the provincial level and 300-500 people at each commune and ward.
