Final round of the "Startup Ideas Competition for Youth Union Members and Young People in Xuan Ai Commune in 2025"

On the afternoon of December 17th, the final round of the "Startup Ideas Competition for Youth Union Members and Young People in Xuan Ai Commune in 2025" took place at the Trung Tam village cultural center hall in Xuan Ai commune.

The competition, launched in August 2025, attracted 50 startup ideas and projects from youth union members in the area. After the preliminary round, the 8 best ideas and projects were selected to participate in the final round.

The Organizing Committee presented commemorative flags to the 8 projects that reached the Final Round.

In the final round, contestants presented and defended their ideas to the judging panel on various innovative models such as: establishing a cooperative for collecting waste from outdoor coffee plantations; producing herbal wine and traditional Dao medicine; greenhouses for growing clean vegetables; nurseries for native cinnamon seedlings; raising deer for antlers, etc. Many ideas were highly appreciated for their novelty, sustainability, and practical applicability.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize, 2 consolation prizes, and 3 promising idea prizes, with a total prize value of 73 million VND.

The competition serves as a practical platform to inspire creativity and the ambition to build a career among youth union members; it also contributes to discovering and nurturing feasible economic models linked to local potential, advantages, and knowledge. Through this, it promotes the entrepreneurship movement among youth union members in Xuan Ai commune, creating motivation for young people to boldly realize their ideas and contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality.
