During the session, VN-Index increased 4 times to the threshold of 1,596 - 1,597 points, including 1 beat in the morning session and 3 beats in the afternoon session. Although it adjusted slightly and could not close the session at the highest price, these signals also showed a recovery in sentiment.

Large-cap stocks returned to a positive session. The three Vingroup stocks that pulled the index the most today were VHM up 3.57% and VIC up 1.01% while VPL up 2.13%, together contributing 4.5 points to the index. Along with that, VRE increased more strongly with an increase of 4.19%. Trading volume in all four stocks increased positively compared to the session on November 10.
VN30 today increased by 0.97%, higher than the general index's increase and increased by more than 17.4 points. Besides the Vin group, other codes also contributed greatly to pulling the market such as STB, MSN, SSI,SHB , VNM.
VN30 recorded 20 stocks increasing in price, of which 8 stocks increased by more than 2%. On the contrary, 8 stocks decreased in price and only SSB and LPB lost the most with a decrease of more than 1%.
The market received positive news today when FTSE Russell revealed 28 stocks that are likely to be eligible to participate in the FTSE Global All Cap index. The official list will be announced before the semi-annual review in September 2026, but this information has also provided better psychological support for investors.
In terms of industry groups, the session on November 11 recorded a number of industries with good growth. The most positive increase was in the group of insurance stocks. On the other hand, the telecommunications group seemed to be affected by profit-taking after good sessions of growth. VGI fell 5.21%, ICT fell nearly 4% and FOX also fell over 1%, dragging the overall index of the industry down.
Although the VN-Index lost some ground and fell below the reference level, the market breadth is still leaning towards the upside. HoSE recorded 186 gainers and 114 losers today.
Liquidity has not yet fully recovered. HoSE trading volume is still down by 10% compared to yesterday's session. Matched value decreased slightly and reached VND19,500 billion.
However, the decline mainly came from small and medium-sized stocks. In VN30, trading volume and value decreased but not too much. Notably, foreign investors also turned to net buying VN30 this session with a net buying value of VND233 billion.
Thanks to that, in general, foreign transactions on the HoSE floor are less pessimistic.
