Attending the event were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches; People's Committee, specialized departments and offices of Lai Chau city and many local people.

The victory of our people in the resistance war against the US to save the country is the greatest achievement in the history of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland led by the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh. It is a glorious and brilliant page in the history of building and defending the country for thousands of years of the nation. This is also a typical victory of the world revolution; contributing to strongly promoting the struggle of the people of the world for the goal of peace, democracy and social progress; encouraging, motivating and inspiring the peoples who are carrying out the cause of national liberation and fighting against imperialism.

The 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day is an opportunity for us to review the heroic pages of history, remember and pay deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution; to arouse national pride, to strengthen faith in the revolutionary ideals, in the path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen.

The art program featured performances by artists from the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts, the City Center for Culture, Sports and Communications, and the Sung Phai Commune Art Troupe. More than 20 singing, dancing, and music performances praised the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam, beloved President Ho Chi Minh, and the love for the homeland and the Vietnamese people.

The dance performance "Inh la vao xuan" comes from the Sung Phai commune art troupe.

Through the program, we aim to propagate and educate the nation's historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions; educate political ideology, patriotism, national pride and self-respect, affirming the steadfastness of the revolutionary path chosen by the Party, Uncle Ho and our people. Thereby, creating a joyful, excited and united atmosphere among all cadres and people on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
