Through training to improve the capacity of the health system, providing high-quality remote medical examination and treatment services at the grassroots level in Lai Chau province. Thereby helping people in communes to access early, quality medical services with the expertise of higher-level hospitals without having to travel far, saving costs and travel time. This also contributes to reducing the burden on higher-level hospitals, improving the effectiveness of health care and protection for people, aiming at patient satisfaction.
