From the goal and perspective of "learning by playing, playing while learning", as soon as the topic was launched, the Departmentof Education and Training (DoET) directed professional departments, local education departments and schools to develop plans and solutions that are close to the reality of each locality and unit for implementation. Accordingly, in addition to doing a good job of propaganda and orientation so that each teacher actively and proactively participates, preschools have proactively advised local authorities to mobilize the support and consensus of philanthropists and parents to build spaces inside and outside the classroom that meet the criteria of green, clean, beautiful and safe.

Ms. Ta Thi Cuc, Principal of Hoang Phong Kindergarten (Hoang Hoa), said: "Implementing the industry's plan, in the 2024-2025 school year, the school continues to implement the theme "Building a child-centered kindergarten" in all classes. To effectively implement the theme, in addition to sending teachers to attend training courses to improve their capacity and methods, as well as practically applying child-centered perspectives in teaching, the school also strengthens consultation, calls for investment in facilities, seeks financial support, supplies, and toys from parents... At the same time, organize diverse and flexible educational activities, promote positivity and creativity, create every opportunity for children to experience activities during the learning process according to the concept of "learning by playing, playing while learning".

Through evaluation, the child-centered teaching model has brought many practical results. In particular, teachers are more proactive in innovating the way of organizing and educating children; students are passionate about learning, love going to school, are confident and creative. According to statistics, for many years, the school's rate of mobilizing 5-year-old children to go to school has always reached 100%; the rate of kindergarten children attending class is 37%.

Realizing the importance of implementing the theme "Building child-centered kindergartens", in addition to propaganda work, kindergartens in Nong Cong, Quang Xuong, Hau Loc, Ha Trung, Ngoc Lac, Lang Chanh districts, Thanh Hoa city ... have also done a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities to increase investment in facilities and educational equipment to meet the requirements of child care and education. Many schools have renovated and upgraded their schoolyards, creating a comprehensive change in the school and classroom landscape such as Ha Linh Kindergarten (Ha Trung), Hung Loc Kindergarten (Hau Loc), Quang Tam Kindergarten (Thanh Hoa city); Lang Chanh 2 Town Kindergarten (Lang Chanh) ...

In particular, from implementing the topic, many schools have built a friendly environment right in the classroom with many vibrant colors, children can participate and explore by themselves when working in activity corners such as role-playing corner, construction corner, story book corner, nature corner... Through these learning corners, children can choose to study alone or in groups, stimulating the creativity of both teachers and students, thereby making children interested in going to class and being more proactive and positive in learning.

According to the assessment of the Preschool Education Department (Department of Education and Training), from the implementation of the Project "Building a child-centered preschool", many preschools in the province have had a comprehensive change in the landscape and environment both inside and outside the classroom. The schools have created a clean, close, friendly and safe school and classroom space; children regularly communicate, demonstrating friendly relationships between teachers and children, between children and children. Play and learning corners in the classroom and outdoors are richly built; diverse and attractive learning materials encourage children to use them in many different creative ways. Also from the implementation of the project, many schools have discovered typical individuals in making tools, toys, decorating classrooms, creating a friendly environment for teachers and children to participate in educational activities. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of child care and education and implementing the movement to build green, clean, beautiful and safe schools and classrooms.

The representative of the Department of Preschool Education also said that the educational perspective of taking children as the center is still the guiding and consistent viewpoint in all educational activities in preschools now and in the future. This viewpoint is reflected in all stages of the educational process with the goal of creating a fair, safe, friendly and healthy environment for children; stimulating children's initiative, positivity and creativity as well as enhancing the capacity and sense of responsibility of managers, teachers and parents in performing the tasks of nurturing, caring for, educating and comprehensively developing children.
