Startup story in "Sweet Shop"

The journey of starting a business has never been easy, especially for young people. Having gone through countless ups and downs to pursue their passion, young people have proven that perseverance will always be rewarded. The film airs at 5:50 p.m. daily on VTV9.

The bakery of 3 girls has gone through many difficulties but still exists.

Lam Anh (Tra Ngoc), Ha Di (Trang Tuyen) and Thuy Anh (Mai Phuong) share a passion for business and decide to start a bakery. Lam Anh is in charge of general management, Ha Di is in charge of finance and accounting, Thuy Anh is in charge of promotion and marketing, building the brand, and bringing the bakery to customers.

Despite a clear division of labor, the three girls, who were starting their own business for the first time and lacked experience, encountered many difficulties in all stages, from management, sales to promotion methods. As a result, the bakery continuously lost money after a series of ridiculous situations: the oven broke, the cakes were burnt, the bakery was exposed for substandard cakes, customers "bombed" the goods... During this time, the three girls also had to reluctantly take care of Kookie (Bao Kun), a boy with amnesia who passed out in front of the shop.

Kookie has no memory of his past and identity, his name was also given to him by 3 girls at the bakery. While trying to regain his memories, Kookie stayed at the bakery to work. Kookie's appearance brought more trouble. Besides, there was also the presence of Bao Khanh (Vo Ngoc Tan), Ha Di's best friend who is also in charge of technology at the bakery, the mysterious chef Minh Duong (Bao Chu)...

"Sweet Shop" depicts the tragicomic start-up journey of young people. On that journey, they encounter many difficulties and challenges, but from there, they also train their mettle, perseverance, ability to handle situations and step by step achieve success. These are also lessons for young people to grow up in the process of pursuing their passion and dreams. What Lam Anh, Ha Di, Thuy Anh's group of friends experienced can also be seen in the start-up journey of many young people: no management experience, encountering many unexpected troubles, being played dirty, not understanding customer tastes, continuous failure... Each situation, problem that occurs and the way they face and handle the situation shows maturity. To succeed, they need to be persistent, determined, constantly seek innovation, and adapt to all situations. In "Sweet Shop", the situations are somewhat humorous but contain lessons and messages about friendship, how to treat others... conveyed gently and deeply.

Actors Tra Ngoc, Trang Tuyen, and Mai Phuong performed their roles well, leaving an impression with the characters they played.
