Hanoi Police Club meets Buriram Utd in the Southeast Asian Cup final

With a 3-1 victory in the first leg, Buriram United did not face too much pressure despite having to play away at Pathum United in the rematch. During the 90 minutes at BG Stadium, Buriram United controlled the ball well and created more dangerous opportunities, although the home team also had a few notable counter-attacks.

However, the match ended without any goals being scored. With this result, Buriram United advanced to the final with a total score of 3-1 after two matches. This will be CAHN's opponent in the final.

On April 30, the Vietnamese representative excellently won a ticket to the final when defeating PSM Makassar with a total score of 2-1 in the semi-finals. In the first leg, coach Alexandre Polking and his team lost 0-1 away, but won 2-0 in the second leg.

Notably, CAHN won convincingly with a score of 2-1 against Buriram United in the group stage of the ASEAN Club Championship this season.

However, Buriram United is still considered to be better. This is the strongest team in Thailand at the moment. Buriram United's squad has an estimated total value of 11.23 million euros, twice as much as CAHN Club (5.5 million euros).

The final will take place in a home and away format on May 14 and 21. The first leg will be held at Hang Day Stadium.
