Since childhood, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan has grown and sold bean sprouts with her family. Joining the club, Ms. Xuan is willing to share her experience in growing bean sprouts so that other members can join in, contributing to increasing income and creating clean meals for the family. Attending this meeting, Ms. Xuan was moved: "I am very honored to be a member of the LTHTGN Club. I would like to contribute 200,000 VND, the profit from selling bean sprouts, to the club's capital fund." Along with Ms. Xuan, many club members have taken the profit from increasing their family's income to contribute to the fund, joining hands to build the club's capital fund to grow more and more. However, this is a new and difficult model in the area, and is implemented according to the Project and international standards, so it requires each step of implementation to be cautious, certain, and step by step improving quality. The District Elderly Association thanks the HAI Organization, thanks the leaders of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, and mass organizations at the commune and village levels for their attention and support, creating conditions for the Club to operate stably, promoting the role of the Executive Committee and members in the Club and the community, contributing to the general movement activities of the Association and the locality.

Mr. Dam Van Ha, Chairman of the Commune Elderly Association, said: The whole commune has 2,244 elderly members, operating in 3 branches and 18 groups. The commune has 3 villages, of which 2 LTHTGN Clubs (in An Trai village and Kim Hoang village) are currently maintaining their activities step by step in an orderly and effective manner. Since 2022, with the attention of the Hanoi Elderly Association and HAI Organization, with a correct awareness of responsibilities and legal rights, creating motivation for the elderly to live happily, healthily, safely and meaningfully, the Standing Committee of the Commune Elderly Association has proactively advised and proposed to the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Commune Fatherland Front Committee to pay attention to leading and directing the implementation of Decision No. 1336 dated August 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister approving the Project to expand the LTHTGN Club in the period up to 2025 in the area. In January 2023, with support from Project VIE070 sponsored by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), the Korean Elderly Support Organization (HAK) and the International Elderly Support Organization (HAI), the Van Canh Commune Elderly Association established and organized the launching ceremony of the An Trai Village Elderly Support Club, with 60 members, which has been operating effectively to date.

In May 2024, implementing the VIE085 Project, funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) through the Korean Elderly Support Organization (HAK) and the HAI Organization in Vietnam, the Commune Elderly Association continued to establish and launch the Kim Hoang Village Elderly Support Club, initially with 55 members, and has now recruited 43 new members. Although still very young, the Board of Directors and members of the Club have made great efforts to implement activities according to instructions and maintain monthly activities in accordance with regulations.
