On the morning of March 25th, many localities in Binh Duong province simultaneously held groundbreaking ceremonies for the construction of houses for poor families facing housing difficulties, including many elderly families.

In response to the "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide" program launched by the Prime Minister , Binh Duong province strives to complete the program by June 30th, aiming to build and repair a total of 455 houses. Each newly built house will receive 100 million VND in support, and each repaired house will receive 50 million VND in support.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony for a house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Gai's family in Phu Giao district, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi emphasized that the "Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses" program is a deeply humane initiative, not only helping poor households, policy beneficiary families, and those facing housing difficulties to have homes, but also creating motivation for the poor to strive to improve their lives. This is also clear evidence of the concern of the Party, the State, and the entire society, promoting the tradition of mutual support and contributing to caring for and helping those in difficult circumstances to have "stable housing and a stable livelihood".
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi requested that Phu Giao district and other localities, in addition to state budget funds, should intensify efforts to mobilize organizations, individuals, and philanthropists to join hands and contribute to the effective implementation of the movement; striving to complete the program throughout the province before June 30th, contributing to the effective implementation of the "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" emulation movement nationwide.
In Thu Dau Mot City, the provincial delegation, led by Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Secretary of the City Party Committee, inspected and attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the demolition of temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.

The delegation attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the house renovation project for Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Anh (Dinh Hoa ward), a recipient of monthly social welfare benefits, and the family of Mr. Nguyen Van To (Tuong Binh Hiep ward), one of the households facing housing difficulties in the area.
In Di An City, attending the groundbreaking ceremony for a new house for Mr. Tran Van Chau (Di An ward), Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Secretary of the Di An City Party Committee, expressed her hope that organizations, individuals, and the community would promote the spirit of "mutual support and compassion" to work together to implement the Party's major policy of ensuring that no one is left behind.

In Thuan An City, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and his delegation visited and attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of new houses for policy beneficiary families, disadvantaged families, and poor households in An Thanh ward.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Binh Duong province has developed a plan to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses throughout the province. This includes supporting the construction and repair of houses for 33 people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, and 422 cases of poor, near-poor, and people with particularly difficult circumstances across the province. Specifically, Thuan An City will build 3 new houses and repair 4 houses for 7 families of policy beneficiaries and people who have rendered meritorious services before April 30, 2025; and strive to complete the construction and repair of 47 houses for poor and disadvantaged households before June 30, 2025.
