With the participation of 21 performances from 10 clubs in the province, the festival created a rich artistic space, truly reflecting the diverse and unique folk culture of Quang Binh .

The clubs clearly demonstrated their careful preparation in terms of content and form; creativity in performance; from choosing melodies, choreography, costumes to performance. Many performances were elaborately staged, deeply inspiring the audience.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 outstanding performances and awarded first, second and third prizes to the clubs. In which, the first prize belonged to Khuong Ha Tuong Boi Club (Hung Trach commune, Bo Trach).

Second prize went to the clubs: Folk singing in Ngu Thuy commune (Le Thuy), Folk music and singing in Loc Ninh commune (Dong Hoi city). Third prize went to the clubs: Folk songs in Vinh Ninh commune (Quang Ninh), Folk culture in Nhan Trach commune (Bo Trach) and Folk songs - Ca tru in Minh Hoa commune (Minh Hoa).
