On the evening of June 6, Ca Mau City Police (Ca Mau Province) said they were clarifying information about a clip circulating on social media recording a scene of a woman being brutally beaten by a man sitting at the same dining table.
The man's violent actions angered the online community.

"After checking, the local police have not received it yet, so Ca Mau City Police have directed to verify and clarify the case" - the above source added.
Recently, a social networking site with a large following in Ca Mau posted a 1 minute 29 second clip recording a woman being beaten, kicked, and then brutally hit with a stainless steel table by a man sitting at the same dining table.
Ms. H. said that the two people in the clip above visited the restaurant and ordered food on the evening of June 4.
"When they first came in, they were laughing and joking with each other normally. However, during the meal, something happened that the man suddenly hit the woman with him and then they both left," Ms. H. shared.
The clip, which was posted just over 4 hours ago, has had thousands of views and many comments from social media users expressing outrage at the man's violent actions.
