More than 140 billion VND invested in building the second facility of the Cham Sculpture Museum

DNO - The second facility of the Cham Sculpture Museum will be built with an investment of more than 140 billion VND at the Phong Le Cham archaeological site (Hoa Tho Dong ward, Cam Le district).

The City People's Committee issued Decision No. 1876/QD-UBND, approving the investment policy to build the Museum of Cham Sculpture (Phong Le) facility 2 with a total investment of more than 140 billion VND from the city budget, implementation period from 2023-2027.

The scope of the project is implemented within an area of ^{​​19,740m2} . Of which, the conservation area (area I) has an area of ^{​​2,653m2} ; the relic protection area (area II) has an area of ^{​​1,626m2} and the relic value promotion area (area III) has an area of ^{​​15,461m2} .

The content and scale of investment (phase 1) of the project include: compensation and clearance of remaining households in areas I and II; investment in construction and equipment.

In which, the construction and installation part includes the following items: preserving the tower architecture, auxiliary architectures and connecting systems, Lady Temple, 2 ancient tombs and protective wall items; roofing for foundation areas that are vulnerable to weather damage and green tree systems, landscape space to create a buffer zone to protect the relic.

Completing the technical infrastructure system in the area to promote the value of the relic (area III) with an area of ​​15,461m2 including the following items: square area, grass hill area, technical and internal walking path system, garden, regulating lake, landscape of event yard, grass planting in the area of ​​land waiting for the construction of the Cham Sculpture Museum phase 2, gate, fence (including 2 gates: 1 gate at the entrance to the square on Thang Long street side and 1 gate at the entrance on the 5.5m planned road side) along with water supply, drainage, lighting system...

The construction equipment section includes the following items: air conditioning, ventilation, low voltage, fire prevention, fire fighting, lightning protection, display equipment, 3D Hologram, garbage collection bins, interior equipment; and accompanying external technical infrastructure.
