(CT) - According to the Ministry of Finance, in November 2025, the whole country saw the establishment of 15,100 new enterprises, with a registered capital of VND 160,500 billion, a decrease of 16.1% in the number of enterprises and a decrease of 6.9% in registered capital compared to the previous month.

Businesses showcase and promote their products, boosting supply and demand at an event held in Can Tho City.

In the first 11 months of 2025, nearly 178,000 new businesses were registered nationwide, with a total registered capital of VND 1,753,200 billion, representing a 20.9% increase in both the number of businesses and registered capital compared to the same period last year. The average registered capital per newly established business reached VND 9.8 billion, similar to the same period in 2024.

In addition, 97,600 businesses nationwide resumed operations, a 36.9% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This brings the total number of newly established and reactivated businesses to 275,600, a 26.1% increase compared to the same period in 2024. On average, 25,100 businesses are newly established or resume operations each month.

Also during the first 11 months of 2025, the whole country recorded 110,100 businesses temporarily suspending operations, an increase of 14.4% compared to the same period last year; 64,500 businesses ceased operations pending dissolution procedures, an increase of 11.7%; and 30,800 businesses completed dissolution procedures, an increase of 60.1% compared to the same period last year. On average, 18,700 businesses withdrew from the market each month.
