In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment must also promptly coordinate and guide districts to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of determining land prices.

In addition, the Hanoi People's Committee also noted that land auction organizers should consider regulating the price steps and the auction format will have multiple mandatory rounds to ensure competitiveness and closeness to market prices.
