Ecopark founding shareholders restructure ownership and brand development orientation

Specifically, according to the Minutes of Agreement between shareholders, since October 23, DB Investment and Development Company Limited and Ecopark Group have agreed to divest all shares and capital contributions in companies, including: Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company; Wisdom-Eco Education Joint Stock Company; TDH Ecoland Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

At the same time, DB Company will no longer be related to Hong Phong Investment and Development Company Limited.

The parties have also terminated all debt relationships and other related financial obligations, ensuring independence and transparency in investment activities. This agreement has been agreed upon, approved and completed by the group of shareholders in accordance with legal regulations.

Pursuant to the 2022 Resolution of the Board of Directors of Ecopark Group, the Group has allowed DB Investment and Development Company Limited and BB Investment Company Limited to use the Ecopark brand and development philosophy to implement projects outside the Ecopark urban area ( Hung Yen ).

This marks the strategic expansion of the Ecopark ecosystem, with two independent development directions: Ecopark DB and Ecopark BB. Both will inherit the Ecopark spirit but deploy according to separate orientations and segments.

Thus, the products and services of the divested group of companies have no right to use, nor are they related to the Ecopark brand.

On November 5, DB Investment and Development Company Limited sent Official Dispatch No. 45 to the group of companies that had divested capital, requesting corrections, removals, and modifications of information on mass media, and not to use the Ecopark brand in the future, to avoid any misunderstandings and consequences.

Currently, DB Investment and Development Company Limited is only directly investing and developing the projects: Ecopark (Hung Yen), Eco Central Park ( Nghe An ), Eco Retreat (Tay Ninh).

DB Investment and Development is oriented as a development branch inheriting the Ecopark spirit, with the mission of "Building a green, happy and sustainable life for the community".
