Training opportunities for business owners, lecturers, experts, and staff on startups

For the first time, an intensive training program is designed with the goal of in-depth discussion on innovation and application, specifically for businesses, consultants, and creative startup coaches.

Innovation is not just a wave of innovation - it is the core of the long-term development vision that Hanoi Capital is steadfastly pursuing, with the goal of promoting sustainable growth and enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy .

Deeply aware that the quality of human resources is the "foundation" for a strong startup and innovation ecosystem, especially in the young business community, the "Developing Creative Startup Human Resources 2025" program is designed to provide practical knowledge on leadership thinking, business management and operational capacity, helping founders confidently break through in the context of global competition.

For diverse components in the Hanoi Open Innovation Ecosystem, the program is jointly implemented by BambuUP Joint Stock Company and the Asian Institute of Technology in Vietnam (AIT Vietnam), with strategic support and guidance from the Hanoi Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center (under the Hanoi Department of Finance).

In order to meet diverse development needs in the innovation ecosystem, the program is designed with 02 key training courses.

Program 1: Training course on in-depth knowledge and skills on creative startups, for startups, key personnel at startups, groups of individuals with startup ideas/projects, small and medium enterprises with an orientation towards innovation.

Program 2: Training course on Improving Innovation Capacity for Business Teams, Coaches, and Startup Consultants is designed for learners who are experts/officers of businesses/organizations, state/private enterprises; Units/Centers supporting startups and innovation; Research Institutes/Universities; independent startup and innovation consultants/trainers.

Duration of each program: includes direct learning of topics in Hanoi; 1 field trip to study in Hanoi or neighboring provinces; 1 field trip to study at typical successful businesses (including businesses in the TOP VNR500) in the Central region.

The program is supported by Hanoi People's Committee with 50% of the cost, the fee that students need to contribute is: 13,780,000 VND (Tuition fee has been supported by 50%)

Expected schedule of two lectures: June 23, 2025. Registration deadline is June 1, 2025.
