(Chinhphu.vn) - The Ministry of Finance has issued Document No. 18590/BC-PTHT on implementing the weekly quick reporting regime on the allocation and disbursement of public investment capital from the state budget in 2025 - accumulated to November 27, 2025.

The actual disbursement from the beginning of the year to November 27, 2025 is VND 528,870.2 billion, reaching 57.9% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister .

According to the report of the Ministry of Finance , the actual disbursement from the beginning of the year to November 20, 2025 was VND 516,793.3 billion, reaching 56.6% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister (VND 913,216.2 billion).

The actual disbursement from the beginning of the year to November 27, 2025 was VND 528,870.2 billion, reaching 57.9% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister (an increase of VND 12,076.9 billion compared to the previous week).

If not counting the additional plan assigned by the Prime Minister after September 30, 2025 and the additional implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (VND 27,429.6 billion), the estimated disbursement rate will reach 59.7% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

Results up to November 27, 2025, compared with the plan assigned by the Prime Minister, there are 08 ministries, central agencies and 18 localities with disbursement rates reaching the national average, including: Development Bank; Central Party Office; Vietnam Electricity Group; Vietnam Bank for Social Policies; Voice of Vietnam; State Audit; Supreme People's Procuracy; Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; localities: Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong City, Phu Tho, Tay Ninh, Gia Lai, Hanoi City, Dong Thap, Ho Chi Minh City, Lang Son, Hue City, Ca Mau, Lai Chau, Quang Ninh.
