On August 26, due to the impact of storm Kajiki, many streets and residential areas in Hanoi were deeply flooded. Due to the unfavorable weather conditions, many audiences were worried whether the Vietnam in Me music night would take place as scheduled (evening of August 26). Recently, the program's organizers officially announced.

The organizers said that over the past few days, the whole country has been following the situation of storm No. 5 and deeply sympathizing with the people of the affected provinces. Currently, activities related to the 80th National Day celebration are being carried out as planned, as an affirmation of the spiritual strength and resilient will of the Vietnamese people.
"With that spirit, overcoming the unfavorable weather, the Vietnam in Me concert is still held to promote the spirit of pride, patriotism, sharing, mutual love and affection. The music in today's program is not only art, but also a thread connecting millions of hearts, beating together with the same beat of love for the homeland and compatriots," said the organizers.
The organizers hope this is an opportunity to send their trust and encouragement to the people of Central Vietnam who are suffering many losses due to natural disasters.
"Every handshake, every song is a wish for peace, every heart that beats is a flame of sharing. Let's create a night of music of compassion and solidarity - a fine tradition of the nation.
"Today's music night is a reminder: No matter how difficult it is, Vietnamese people always know how to stand together, overcome storms, so that a proud and loving Vietnam will always shine in our hearts," the program representative said.
Also in the announcement, the organizers said that the concert Vietnam in me will have a donation program to share with the people of Central Vietnam.
The Vietnam in Me music night is directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; organized by the Hanoi Opera House; with the coordination of relevant units. This is part of the series of activities of the Exhibition of Socio -Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), to honor historical values and national spirit.
The concert will take place at 8pm on August 26 at the North Courtyard of the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi). The program will bring together many famous artists loved by young people such as: SOOBIN Hoang Son, Hoa Minzy, Erik, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Quan AP, Duong Hoang Yen and the Chillies band.
