At 11:00 a.m. on November 19, the Hoa Thinh Commune Police Station, Dak Lak Province, received a request for emergency assistance from the family of pregnant woman Trinh Thi Kim Lan (born in 2003, residing in My Phu village), regarding the fact that Ms. Lan was showing signs of impending labor but could not move to the Medical Station due to rising floodwaters, her house being deeply inundated, and the water currents being very strong.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Commune Police urgently dispatched 6 officers and soldiers, using specialized inflatable boats and necessary protective equipment, to approach the isolated house and safely bring the pregnant woman to the Commune Health Station to receive support and care from the medical staff./.
