From early morning, at Yen Thanh Commune Public Administration Service Center, many people came to carry out administrative procedures.
According to the reporter's observation, although the staff at the center had to work continuously, they were still enthusiastic and friendly in guiding people to declare the necessary contents. After finishing the work, people left, everyone's face showed satisfaction. Most of the people and businesses praised the facilities as well as the service attitude of the staff and civil servants at the center when they came to carry out administrative procedures.
Mr. Hoang Van Huan in Village 2 of Lang Na - one of the villages far from the commune center, with difficult transportation, said: "Previously, to carry out administrative procedures, I spent a lot of time waiting and had to go back and forth many times. Now, I am guided enthusiastically and thoughtfully by the staff, who explain in detail the things I do not understand. The procedures are handled quickly and correctly, in just one morning I completed the necessary procedures, without having to spend time traveling like before."
In fact, implementing Resolution 76/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2021 of the Government on promulgating the Comprehensive Program of State Administrative Reform, period 2021 - 2030, Yen Thanh commune has focused on doing this work well. All administrative procedures under the authority of the commune level are publicly posted on the information board for people and businesses to conveniently look up.
Comrade Vu Quoc Hieu - Chairman of Yen Thanh Commune People's Committee said: "With the goal of satisfying people and organizations when coming to do transactions, the commune has innovated methods, modernized local administration, improved the sense of responsibility and service awareness of officials and civil servants. The review and update of the annual administrative reform plan is carried out regularly, so it is timely to evaluate and set out tasks for each agency and unit, thereby building a work program for each month, quarter, and year, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development".
Since the beginning of the year, Yen Thanh Commune Public Administration Service Center has received over 1,553 applications, of which more than 1,413 were received online and 140 were received directly; 100% of the applications have been resolved, of which 15 applications were returned due to not meeting the conditions for resolution, and 2 applications were canceled.
One of the outstanding results in administrative reform implementation in Yen Thanh is the construction and development of e-government and digital government. Accordingly, the locality pays attention to investing in equipment to ensure information security, in addition to connecting LAN to 100% of computers of each cadre and civil servant, there are also free wifi hotspots for people to look up administrative procedures and access other applications.
The commune has used hard-bridge online television with connections from the central to local levels, helping operations to be stable and smooth. At the Commune Public Administration Service Center, infrastructure and facilities are arranged to ensure good service for people and organizations coming to do transactions.
On the other hand, the commune promotes the application of specialized digital signatures, 100% of documents exchanged in electronic form use digital signatures at the Commune People's Committee (except for documents that cannot be sent and received via the network environment). 100% of online public service administrative procedures at levels 3 and 4 are implemented in accordance with regulations; 176 administrative procedures provide full-process online public services...
