Police investigate the case of a young man who died of unknown causes in Binh Thanh district

(NLDO) - Binh Thanh District Police announced that anyone who knows information about the victim should contact the unit for resolution.

On January 5, Binh Thanh District Police (HCMC) announced that they were investigating a death case of unknown cause.

According to the investigation, at 1:00 p.m. on November 16, 2024, a resident discovered a body floating on the Saigon River, passing through Binh Thanh District. After that, this person rowed a boat out to pull the body to the embankment on Binh Loi Street, Ward 13, and then called the authorities.

Binh Thanh District Police later arrived at the scene, taking witness statements to clarify the investigation.

Initial identification of the victim was that he was male, about 25-30 years old, with short hair, wearing a black jean jacket, black short-sleeved T-shirt and blue jeans.

Binh Thanh District Police informs anyone who is a relative or has a relative missing as above to report to the District Police or contact Captain Nguyen Minh Quan (phone number: 0979997063) for resolution.
