The police determined that this was a very large-scale case, with an estimated number of tens of thousands of people buying "certificates of unemployment and social insurance benefits" to profit from social insurance worth hundreds of billions of dong.

Working with medical facilities, the police seized many documents related to "certificates of leave of absence, social insurance benefits", seized many machines, seals, etc.

According to Bien Hoa City Police, these facilities also sold many documents related to health examinations to thousands of people, or created medical records to take advantage of health insurance.

The police are continuing to investigate the case, clarifying the role of the clinic owner and those involved. At the same time, they are investigating the “brokers” who buy and sell these fake medical examination and treatment documents.
