On the morning of December 1, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police held a ceremony to salute the national flag in December 2025 and commended individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, chaired the ceremony.

Speaking at the flag-raising ceremony, Director of the Provincial Police Nguyen Duc Thuan acknowledged and commended the achievements that the units had made in the past month. He requested that the units strengthen security in border areas, manage foreigners, ensure security at the base, and worker security, especially at the end of the year; prepare conditions for launching a peak period of attacks and suppressing all types of crimes during the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo in 2026; maintain and effectively carry out tasks and peak periods under Project 06; strictly implement regulations on Party building, force building, political and ideological work, inspection, examination and supervision; carefully prepare conditions for summarizing the work in 2025 and deploying tasks in 2026.
