Attending the event were Mr. Vu Van Dien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ), Department of Construction, and Office of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.
Accordingly, this test will take place over 2 days, May 24 and 25, with the participation of 683 candidates. The new point of this test is that students will be tested for alcohol and stimulant levels before entering the driving test.
According to regulations, candidates taking the test to be granted a driver's license for all classes must pass 4 exam contents: Theory, simulation, driving test and off-road. These 4 contents are all conducted independently. If the first content is not passed, the candidates can continue to take the following contents. Candidates who pass the exam will have their results reserved for 1 year, only retaking the parts that they did not pass.
All stages of the assessment are carried out seriously, transparently, and in strict compliance with the new regulations of the Ministry of Public Security; closely monitored by a modern camera and sensor system, ensuring fairness, objectivity, and high accuracy in scoring.
Immediately after passing the test, information about the driver's license will be displayed directly on the candidates' VNeID accounts. The Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Provincial Police) also arranged a working group to support candidates in registering for a level 2 VNeID account right at the testing facility.
It is expected that from now until the end of May, the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) will organize 6 more driving tests to issue driving licenses for more than 800 candidates; determined to organize tests for more than 11,000 qualified driving students by the end of 2025.
