Announcing the top 100 best places to work in Vietnam in 2025

Anphabe Company has just announced the top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam for large and medium-sized enterprises in 2025, based on the voting results of 73,000 respondents, including more than 7,000 students, evaluating more than 650 enterprises in 18 key industry groups.

According to Anphabe Company, the ranking honors the Top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam - large enterprises and the Top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam - medium enterprises, representing the most attractive working environments for employees.

Top 100 best places to work in Vietnam - large enterprises, many big names appear. Top 1 belongs to Unilever Vietnam. Enterprises in the Top for many years include: AEON Vietnam; Honda Vietnam ; GREENFEED Vietnam; Viettel Group.

Vingroup continues to lead 5 industries (Tourism & Cuisine/ Real Estate/ Industrial Mechanical Engineering/ Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare/ and Services). In addition, many enterprises have made progress in the ranking of large enterprises, typically: MM Mega Market (Vietnam), Central Retail Vietnam, SABECO, Highlands Coffee, Saint-Gobain Vietnam and marking the return to the rankings of enterprises: CMC Corporation, Nutifood, SonKim Land...
