In the working program, the Department of Industry and Trade announced and presented decisions on personnel work of the Market Management Department. Accordingly, the decision to appoint Mr. Le Hong Ha (former Director of the Provincial Market Management Department) to the position of Director of the Market Management Department; Mr. Dinh Van Ha (former Deputy Director of the Provincial Market Management Department) to the position of Deputy Director of the Market Management Department. At the same time, the decision to appoint 8 comrades to the positions of Head of Department, Team Leader of the Market Management Department; 18 comrades to the positions of Deputy Head of Department, Deputy Team Leader of the Market Management Department was announced and presented.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, comrade Pham Van Binh - Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade emphasized: Currently, the market work is very complicated, so the collective leadership, civil servants, and employees should soon stabilize the organization, continue to promote the leading unit, with a spirit of solidarity and high responsibility to complete the assigned tasks well. On the part of the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade, they will continue to accompany and be responsible for the Market Management Department to complete its tasks, contributing to promoting socio -economic development in the area. It is requested that the Market Management Department continue to study and thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; the leadership, direction, and administration of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Department of Industry and Trade to strictly, correctly, and fully implement its functions and tasks, creating a healthy environment for production and business activities. Strengthen market inspection and control, strictly handle violations, especially the production and trading of counterfeit, poor quality goods, goods of unknown origin; focus on some essential goods such as gasoline, fertilizer; food; tobacco; functional foods, medicines... In particular, promote the peak period of fighting to prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights in Gia Lai province.
At the same time, strengthen close coordination with forces in the fight against smuggling and trade fraud in e-commerce; focus on rectifying discipline and order in direction and operation, and compliance awareness in the entire force; resolutely and promptly handle in accordance with regulations organizations and individuals who violate regulations, especially protectionism and negative phenomena. Take better care of personnel work, especially ineducation , training, planning, training, fostering, appointment, promotion, rotation of staff... Continue to promote information and communication work to create unity in awareness, consensus in action and sharing and support from society for the activities of the industry.
