Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province organizes the program "Dialogue in May"

At the dialogue, union members and workers of Innoflow Ninh Thuan Co., Ltd. expressed their opinions related to life, employment, working environment, policies and regimes related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies. Leaders of the provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union, the provincial Social Insurance, and Innoflow Ninh Thuan Co., Ltd. responded to the opinions of union members and workers.

Conference overview.

Through the dialogue program, relevant agencies and units will listen to opinions and recommendations on difficulties and problems of union members and employees in the process of implementing the Law on Employment, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Social Insurance, wage policies... at enterprises. From there, there will be solutions, helping employees feel secure in their work and stay with the enterprise for a long time.

On this occasion, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union and Innoflow Ninh Thuan Company Limited presented 70 gifts to 70 workers in difficult circumstances.
