Notably, actively responding to the campaign "Proud of a strip of mountains and rivers"; promoting and effectively implementing the movement "Tran Quoc Toan", programs and movements: "My class hangs Uncle Ho's picture", "Vietnamese children - Study well, practice diligently", "Vietnamese youth - Cultivate virtue and talent, lead the future", "Small plan", "A pair of friends progressing together", "Building a friendly school, active students"...

Along with that, the school teams focus on innovation, strengthening propaganda, introducing, and praising exemplary children and team members in various fields to encourage, educate, and orient good values. Many teams maintain cultural, artistic, physical education, and sports clubs so that students have a safe and healthy playing environment, develop their talents, and nurture young talents; 100% of teams organize flag-raising activities associated with the movement "Speaking good words, doing good deeds" and promoting activities according to the theme and theme "A beautiful story, a good book, a shining example every week"; actively mobilize students to participate in and respond to competitions and competitions on talents, academics, scientific and technical creativity... to discover and promote their own abilities.

In particular, to create an environment for children to compete in implementing the teaching of "Study well, work well", in the period of 2020-2025, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union and all levels of the Youth Union and Pioneers have actively mobilized resources to support and help 23,888 children in difficult circumstances go to school (of which, more than 3,380 children in especially difficult circumstances were sponsored); awarded children and students in difficult circumstances in the province more than 4,000 scholarships (each worth from 500,000 VND to 1 million VND), 15 learning devices, 417 gifts and 488 bicycles.

The Provincial Youth Union and Provincial People's Council have also mobilized and coordinated with units to carry out 12 projects for children with a total cost of more than 13 billion VND. Youth Union and team chapters at all levels have carried out 44 points and playgrounds for children in localities with a cost of more than 2 billion VND; at the same time, they have built and repaired 31 "Toilets for Children" projects at schools and children's households. Thereby, contributing to upgrading school facilities, ensuring health, creating a safe and healthy environment for students to study, practice and develop comprehensively.

Through the implementation of the movement "Ninh Thuan children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings", in the period of 2020-2025, the whole province has 16 children with outstanding achievements who were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Youth Union; 150 children were honored with the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children at the provincial level on the occasion of the 8th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress of Ninh Thuan province in 2025; 7 children delegates were selected by the Provincial Youth Union to participate in the 10th National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress in 2025 in Hanoi .

Comrade Ta Yen Thi Lam Hoi added: In order to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere among the province's youth and children to practically celebrate the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2025) and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), contributing to promoting and effectively implementing the movement "Ninh Thuan children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings in the period of 2023-2027" among children in the whole province, the Provincial Youth Union has developed a plan to organize a program to celebrate the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team and deploy the movement "Ninh Thuan children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings in the period of 2023-2027" to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday on May 12, 2025 at the Primary and Secondary School. Phuoc Chien Secondary School (Thuan Bac); at the same time, direct the Youth Union at all levels and school teams in the province to organize propaganda and education activities on traditions with the theme "Proud of the Team's tradition - Celebrating Uncle Ho's birthday", organize exciting emulation activities in May 2025, peaking from May 12 to 19, 2025, suitable to the actual conditions of the locality and unit to propagate and educate cadres in charge of children and children of the province about the role and pride in the glorious tradition of the Team over the past 84 years under the leadership of the Party, Uncle Ho and the guidance of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; create trust, solidarity, raise awareness, arouse trust and pride for cadres in charge of the Team, team members, teenagers and children towards the Youth Union and Team in the new period.
