Emphasizing that the construction and completion of the legal system becomes a vital factor, deciding the success of the nation's rise; in which, the Department of Justice is one of the specialized agencies advising the City People's Committee to effectively implement Resolution 66-NQ/TW, dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on "innovation in the work of building and enforcing laws, meeting the requirements of national development in the new era" in the locality.

Launching the Party Executive Committee of the Department of Justice for the 2025 - 2030 term

The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the Party Committee of the Department of Justice to continue to raise awareness, take action and focus on effectively implementing the resolutions and documents of the Politburo on innovating the work of law making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the work of law making. Proactively advise the Party Committee and the City People's Committee to implement the amendment and supplement of a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution when the National Assembly passes it and when the Government, ministries and central branches guide its implementation.

At the same time, promote the application of technology, digital transformation, administrative reform, improve the satisfaction of people and businesses in the fields of Justice; build a healthy, effective and efficient working environment. Continue to innovate leadership methods, strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism, maintain discipline and order in the Party. Improve the quality of Party committee and Party cell activities in a practical direction, associated with the political tasks of the agency. The Congress elected 8 people to the Party Executive Committee and 6 delegates to attend the higher-level congress; at the first meeting, the new Executive Committee elected Mr. Nguyen Van Hung to be re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Justice for the 2025-2030 term.
