Trade Unions of industrial parks in the province deploy tasks for the last 6 months of the year

On the afternoon of July 13, the provincial industrial park trade union held a conference to review the union's work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of the year.

In the first 6 months of the year, the provincial industrial park trade unions and grassroots trade unions have made great efforts to fulfill their assigned tasks, achieving many positive results. They have promptly grasped the ideological and employment situation and actively cared for and ensured the lives and interests of union members and workers. They have organized and implemented programs to sign and cooperate with partners. To date, 7,433 union members have enjoyed incentives from signed activities and programs with a total benefit value of more than 339 million VND.

During the Lunar New Year 2024, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in the province supported 310 gifts and presented 200 gifts from partners to union members and workers; provided bus tickets to 121 union members far from home to return home to celebrate Tet, worth 19.2 million VND. The grassroots trade unions took care of Tet for union members with a total amount of 4.02 billion VND; proposed unit leaders to take care of 4.2 billion VND for workers; 45/48 grassroots trade unions organized and coordinated to organize Spring and Tet activities; grassroots trade unions and enterprises shared difficulties with 483 workers, worth a total of 405.7 million VND, contributing to supporting, encouraging, and motivating the spirit, helping union members and workers to happily and peacefully celebrate Tet.

In addition, the provincial industrial park trade unions and grassroots trade unions have supported over 700 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 530 million VND... In addition, actively coordinating propaganda, mobilization, education to raise awareness for union members and workers; launching patriotic emulation movements; focusing on developing union members, building a strong union organization, improving the quality of activities of union cadres...

In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union focused on developing a propaganda plan to organize activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024); promptly propagating and educating workers and civil servants on the policies, laws of the Party and State, internal rules and regulations of units and enterprises; effectively implementing professional training for union officials of grassroots units; continuing to implement programs to sign cooperation agreements of the Provincial Federation of Labor and partners of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union to union members and grassroots unions; propagating to develop union members and establish grassroots unions in qualified enterprises...

On this occasion, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union commended and rewarded 44 outstanding trade union officials on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Ninh Binh Trade Union (July 1946 - July 2024), the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union; 5 outstanding collectives in implementing the Workers' Month in 2024. At the same time, 21 prizes were awarded to the winning authors in the Poetry and Literature Composition Contest on the topic of Workers and Trade Unions; and the "For the cause of building trade union organizations" commemorative medal of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor was awarded to trade union officials.
