Delicious, nutritious food trays were prepared for free by Thanh Son Company Limited for workers. Over the past 5 years since its establishment and operation, the company's Board of Directors has always identified taking care of workers' health as an important task. Therefore, the company has signed a contract with a meal supplier, each meal worth 22,000 VND. Ms. Quach Thi Nghien, a worker at Thanh Son Company Limited, said: "The company's support of shift meals for workers is very practical, contributing to reducing living expenses, ensuring meal quality and hygiene and safety for the workforce. The kitchen regularly consults and gets workers' opinions to adjust the menu and food portions to suit the workers' needs."

Thanh Son Company Limited currently has over 400 workers, 100% of whom participate in the Trade Union. In recent times, the Trade Union Executive Committee has strengthened propaganda and mobilization activities for union members and employees to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; and comply with the company's internal rules and regulations. Maintain and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees in terms of wages, bonuses, social insurance, health insurance, etc. At the same time, coordinate with business owners to organize regular dialogue conferences at the workplace. Improve the quality of signing and implementing collective labor agreements with many benefits for employees.

Along with that, the Union Executive Committee proactively coordinated with enterprises to review employees in particularly difficult circumstances, currently accounting for nearly 20% of the total workforce. Employers carried out many practical activities to take care of the material and spiritual lives of employees such as: organizing shuttle buses for workers, supporting meals, supporting accommodation for employees living far away, giving gifts to union members and employees on holidays, Tet... In addition, enterprises maintained organizing consulting activities, periodic health check-ups for workers...

Ms. Dang Thi My Linh, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Thanh Son Company Limited, said: "As a business operating in the garment processing sector, the proportion of female workers in the unit accounts for over 80%. The Trade Union Executive Committee has coordinated with the employer to pay special attention to the benefits enjoyed by female workers, especially pregnant female workers and female workers with young children...".

Responding to emulation movements launched by localities and trade unions at all levels, the Trade Union Executive Committee promoted activities, focusing on the movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public work, good at housework" associated with the movement "Women overcome difficulties, study, work creatively, build happy families"... Maintain activities to improve cultural and spiritual life such as arts, sports ...
