Attracting 170 investment projects in the fields of tourism, trade and services

Coming into operation from the first quarter of 2025, Ngoi Hoa Eco- tourism Area in Tan Lac district of Hoang Son Trade Construction Energy Investment Joint Stock Company is one of the attractive destinations in Hoa Binh.

During this period, the province welcomed many domestic and foreign investors to learn, research investment, and establish tourism development projects. The province currently has 170 investment projects in the fields of tourism, trade, and services with a total registered capital of about 26,223 billion VND.

To date, 18 projects have been invested in construction and put into operation, accounting for about 11% of investment projects in the tourism sector. Typical projects include the Huong Binh cable car project in Lac Thuy district of Thai Binh Tourism One Member Co., Ltd.; Ngoi Hoa eco-tourism area in Tan Lac district of Hoang Son Energy Construction and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company; Kim Boi Mineral Spring high-end entertainment area in Kim Boi district of Kim Boi Trade and Tourism Joint Stock Company.

It is expected that from now until the end of 2025, the province will have 4 more projects to complete investment in resorts and come into operation, contributing to improving land use efficiency and creating jobs for about 500 local workers. Specifically, the Venus Resort Eco-tourism and Resort project in Kim Boi district of Gieng Tien Muong Dong Joint Stock Company; Du Lake Resort in Hoa Binh city of Ngoai O Resort Development Joint Stock Company; Ky Son Golf Course in Hoa Binh city of Urban Development and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company; Phuc Tien Golf Course in Hoa Binh city of An Viet Hoa Binh Golf Joint Stock Company.
